We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Finance Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the fields of finance and operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and ready to support the team in managing daily administrative and financial tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

• Assist in organizing and summarizing monthly invoices to be issued and manage basic invoicing tasks using platforms such as Aruba or Fatture in Cloud.
• Support the reconciliation of bank statements and assist in monitoring daily cash flow.
• Handle communications with suppliers via email and phone to manage basic inquiries.
• Help maintain and update the archive of financial documents and records.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day financial tasks, such as preparing reports or tracking payments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal procedures.
• Learn and assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Contribute to the organization of financial data for management review.

• Familiarity with basic office tools, such as Excel, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
