We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team and manage the collections displayed at our showrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create visually impactful displays that align with the identity of our clients’ brands. This role will also involve supporting the production team during off-site assignments, such as activities at photography studios, client stores, and external showrooms. Additionally, the Visual Merchandiser will handle the administrative management of shipping documents (e.g., waybills) and ensure the accurate digital archiving of materials and collections through a specialized wardrobe management platform.

• Manage the display of collections in the company showrooms to ensure they align with client branding and seasonal trends.
• Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer journey.
• Collaborate with the production team for off-site projects at external locations such as photography studios, client stores, and showrooms.
• Ensure the organization and digital archiving of inventory, including shipping documentation and collection records, using a specialized wardrobe management platform.
• Create and maintain visually appealing product displays, seasonal setups, and special-event merchandising presentations.
• Monitor and maintain displays to ensure they remain fresh, engaging, and in line with brand standards.
• Support the marketing and product teams in aligning merchandising efforts with broader brand initiatives.

• Strong creativity and an eye for design, color, and composition.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.

• 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to store and other locations as needed.
